Wow, 250 watchers! To me that is a huge deal and I'd like to thank everyone who likes my work enough to keep an eye on me.

Out of costume I am just a boring nerd who spends too much time on the internet, too little at the gym and am not particularly special in any way. Cosplay is my escape to another world where I can be pretty much anyone I want. It's always crazy and amazing to me how much encouragement I get from my peers and related fan industry's to keep doing the silly dress-up that I do (sosplay really is about as weird and overly invested as you can get).

I know there is a lot of media going around right now that paints the convention and cosplay scene as judgemental and negative, but in my experience cosplay is a great place to be with lots of amazing people to meet.

That being said, my summer is already full of too much cosplay. I'll be hitting up Free Comicbook Day at Metropolis comics this Saturday to judge their costume contest, come check it out if you're in the area for FREE STUFF. The next event is Anime Evolution where I'll be cosplaying Morgiana from Magi and rewearing Peony, and from there it's Cos & Effect and PAX!

As a change of pace this year instead of competing in the Cos & Effect cosplay competition I'm helping to organize it, and will even take part in the hosting aspect on stage! I'll be wearing a special costume for that I'm going to keep a 'secret' until the first shoot is done because I don't think any of you would expect it! But I'll give you a huge hint because I hate secrets and suck at them... so may the odds be every in your favour as you guess!

As for thoughts, what do you guys want to see more of here? I know I've been journalling a lot lately and I apologize, sometimes I get a few thoughts in my head and just have to ramble about them.
